It depends on the market, but this can be as soon as 30 days, to up to an average of 90 days

Do you recruit PTAs or front desk staff?
Plus iconMinus icon

Yes, we recruit for all roles in your practice with the same process that ensures you find the staff that fits your needs, while not having to deal with the burden of time spent on recruiting versus treating patients and running your practice.

Can you help recruit specialized therapists (pediatrics, pelvic health)?
Plus iconMinus icon

Yes, we recruit for all roles in your practice with the same process that ensures you find the staff that fits your needs, while not having to deal with the burden of time spent on recruiting versus treating patients and running your practice. Depending on your market, finding a specialist could take longer than finding a generalist candidate.

What’s your fee structure for recruiting services?
Plus iconMinus icon

Our fee structure is straightforward and intentionally below virtually anyone else providing these services in the PT market because we want your practice to be part of our broader RCM services.  We charge a contingency-based fee of $7,000 per PT/OT/SLP, $4,500 per PTA/OTA/SLPA, and $2,500 per office staff role. Contingency-based means you only pay us after your new employee has successfully been working in your practice for 60 days.

Do you offer a guarantee if a new hire doesn’t work out?
Plus iconMinus icon

Yes, we will search for a replacement for any candidate that we place that does not remain with you for at least 60 days, or return any fee paid if we cannot do so to your satisfaction.
