Revenue cycle management (RCM) refers to the collective services PTBS offers. It includes insurance and patient billing, claim submission, payment posting, and denials and accounts receivable management, as well as such services as insurance credentialing, benefits verification, revenue performance reporting and related practice start-up services. Effective RCM ensures that healthcare providers, like physical therapists, are properly reimbursed for their services and don't have to manage their own team of employees to do so.

Why should I outsource my revenue cycle management?
