Many providers struggle with the process of deciding on who they need to be credentialed with and then making the decision to be a network provider with different payors. We can help with credentialing and network applications. We have the experience and knowledge to attain the fee schedules of the payors to allow you to make informed decisions about what payors to participate with.
NPI Number: Individual NPI OR Group NPI $35.00 Per Number
The NPI is a unique identification number for covered health care providers. Covered health care providers and all health plans and health care clearinghouses must use the NPIs in the administrative and financial transactions adopted under HIPAA. The NPI is a 10-position, intelligence-free numeric identifier (10-digit number). This means that the numbers do not carry other information about healthcare providers, such as the state in which they live or their medical specialty. The NPI must be used in lieu of legacy provider identifiers in the HIPAA standards transactions.
Medicare Credentialing:
$ 125.00 for an individual Medicare Application
$ 225.00 for a Group Application (includes Inc, PLC, PC)
Individual includes 855I application, 588 EFT form and 460 Form
Group includes 855B application, 460 form and up to two individual providers applications(855-I and 855-R).
All individuals who will be providing services to Medicare beneficiaries must complete and file an application with their CMS intermediary. We have the experience with these applications and know exactly what needs to completed in order to be able to bill Medicare.
